Candlewood Valley Pediatrics is pleased to announce an all new online “Patient Portal” for our patients to enhance your ability to communicate with us securely and on the web.
While much of the healthcare industry has been slow to adopt electronic medical record (EHR) technology, in 2007, Candlewood Valley Pediatrics began implementing an EHR system. Currently, almost all of our daily patient encounters are in electronic format. We are continuously seeking ways to embrace the benefits of our system. For example, we are proud to announce the launch of our innovative new patient portal.
The secure patient portal will allow you to:
- request an appointment
- request prescription refills
- pay your bill or ask a question about your bill
- request a referral
- ask a nurse a non-urgent routine question and
- receive lab and test results
all at a time when it is convenient for you. (New features will continue to be added in the future.)
