CVP is now AI Powered
We’re happy to announce that we are one of the first offices in our Electronic Health Records system to implement AI within our office workflows.
Since we are a testing office for this product, it is a work in progress, and we are implementing it little by little. We expect that such implementation will make our patients’ experiences better and more efficient.
Starting January 22, our phones will be answered by Carol, our AI assistant.
Have no fear, our humans are still in the office!
Carol should provide an expeditious experience when you are looking for a prescription refill, a new referral, or medical records. We hope you will give Carol a chance to assist you, and let us know how she does!
And don’t forget, we have implemented Online Booking! Just go to our website (where you already are if you are reading this), and click on Book a Visit. Many of our families have already discovered how convenient it is, especially since it can be used any time, day or night. And if you are unable to find exactly what you need online, give us a call, and one of our amazing receptionists will assist you.
