CANDLEWOOD VALLEY PEDIATRICS PORTAL - Better Than Ever
Many of you may have already signed on to the Candlewood Valley Pediatrics Portal, and that is great!
We have added a feature that allows you to sign on to your child’s/children’s portals as a “Proxy User.” This allows you to access all of your children in one place. When you receive the email, please sign on to that link as yourself, and follow the prompts. The practice code is EGFGBD.
If your child/children are 18 or older, we require written authorization from your child/children to allow you portal access. You will then be invited as a Proxy User.
DOWNLOAD THE HEALOW APP
After you have signed in to the portal through the email invitation, DOWNLOAD THE HEALOW APP onto your phone!! Once you have signed on initially, the app will offer you the option to use a simple, four-digit code to sign on in the future, and all of your child’s/children’s medical information will be available in one easily accessed place.
